    Ekema, a “no good” fisherman, down on his luck, finds himself on the lowest rung on society’s ladder. Through a rather suspicious encounter, Ekema meets a friend who helps him win the annual fishing competition, becoming King Fisher for a year. Soon though, he discovers his new friend wants a lot more than he can offer. What ensues is a battle for his life as it turns out his friend is Kuva, a marine spirit looking for someone to lure into bringing her back to the land of the living.
